Returns, Refunds or Exchanges will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of the incorrect items.

No returns or refunds will be accepted if the product falls under the Special Price or Offer section.

To place a refund, return or exchange request for an order placed with punaschabooks.com, you would need to contact Punascha via email at punaschabooks@gmail.com with corresponding images of the defect if any.

Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process.

Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days standard response period and we will notify you via email of the results. We reserve the right to extend the standard response time in exceptional cases with a prior notice to you.

Refund, returns or exchanges request are accepted up to 15 days from the date of placing the Order with punaschabooks@gmail.com.

Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer.

Orders once placed with punaschabooks@gmail.com cannot be cancelled.

If the refund request is granted by Punascha, payments are refunded as follows:

1. Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (10) business days;
2. Other payment methods will be refunded in ten (10) business days.
